Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The office is closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays. The office is to the left as you enter.
All retreat requests should be made in writing by filling out the online application or sending a letter to the retreat registrar who will send you the appropriate application form. To reserve your room, we ask that you send a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by check or by using the credit card service on the internet application. If your application and deposit have been received, and rooms are still available, we will make a reservation. Otherwise, we will contact you to consider another date, or your payment will be refunded. If you prefer to mail in your registration, use the following links. Please make checks payable to Miramar Retreat Center. Master and Visa Credit cards are accepted.
Retreat Check-in and Schedule:
Retreatants’ rooms are available after 3:00 pm on the opening day of a retreat. On the opening day of each scheduled retreat, a staff member will welcome retreatants. The office is to the left as you enter. We earnestly request that retreatants arrive and depart at the times scheduled for their retreat. The prices quoted for all programs are flat rates: we cannot give discounts or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Miramar Retreat Center desires to remain a smoke free facility. It would be greatly appreciated if all retreatants would respect this policy.
