Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. The office is closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays. The office is to the left as you enter.
All retreat requests should be made in writing by filling out the online application or sending a letter to the retreat registrar who will send you the appropriate application form. To reserve your room, we ask that you send a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by check or by using the credit card service on the internet application. If your application and deposit have been received, and rooms are still available, we will make a reservation. Otherwise, we will contact you to consider another date, or your payment will be refunded. If you prefer to mail in your registration, use the following links. Other Common Questions
Retreatants’ rooms are available after 3:00pm on the opening day of a retreat. On the opening day of each scheduled retreat, a staff member will welcome retreatants. The office is to the left as you enter. We earnestly request that retreatants arrive and depart at the times scheduled for their retreat. The prices quoted for all programs are flat rates: we cannot give discounts or refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Check-out is 10:30am for housekeeping purposes, but you are welcome to remain later and use the facilities – just confirm with us.
Miramar Retreat Center desires to remain a smoke-free facility. It is greatly appreciated that all retreatants respect this policy.
Wi-fi is available in the Main House and all conference rooms, but not in the guest bedrooms.
Arrangement of furniture:
We want your stay to be as restful as possible. Please adjust rooms according to your comfort and remember to “reassemble” upon departure.
Breakfast is at 8, lunch at noon, and dinner at 6. Coffee, tea, and snacks are always available in the dining room.
We do have an elevator to access the second floor of the Main House.
Sheets, blankets, and towels are provided. There are no hair dryers or health/beauty items.
